Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct a search for a qualified Technical Program Manager for our client, a startup working to change the data security industry out of Colorado!

This opportunity is being offered as 100% remote, direct-hire employment allowing you to work anywhere in the United States! 

Searching for qualified applicants who want to help put an end to cybercrime and be a part of an amazing team that has solved the issue of Ransomware and data security by driving the delivery of release plans in coordination with other business partners.

What you will be doing: 
  • Validating and verifying the release at appropriate design and development stages for UAT and Beta release field deployment along with readiness for full production deployment. 
  • Owning responsibility for detailed change management reviews and team communications. 
  • Helping to build project timelines, estimating effort, managing milestones, and adjusting projects to maintain overall schedule/cost/quality. 
  • Leading the execution of special projects from planning to implementation. 
  • Managing relationships with key business stakeholders across the organization and collaborating between the Engineering team and other partners. 

What you will need: 
  • 6-10+ years of technical project management experience with demonstrated track record of delivering cloud-based services and applications. 
  • Certified Scrum Master (highly preferred) or proven professional experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner and working in Agile scrum teams. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and experience in the use of various project management methodologies. 
  • High understanding of cyber security concepts and experience with driving projects that improve security outcomes.
