Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior UX Designer for a rapidly growing, venture-backed technology organization building innovative, AI-driven enterprise-scale software solutions. This is an onsite opportunity in Manhattan, NYC.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role will lead the design of intelligent, user-centered experiences for a new category of AI-native enterprise software. The Senior UX Designer will shape how complex workflows, systems, and data are translated into intuitive and adaptive user experiences. This is a high-impact, early-stage role with direct collaboration with leadership and the opportunity to influence product direction from inception.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead UX strategy and design vision for AI-driven enterprise software products
- Design intuitive workflows that integrate human decision-making with AI-powered interactions
- Translate complex systems, data models, and technical processes into clear, user-friendly experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and end-to-end user flows for scalable, high-quality products
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product direction and strategy
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and continuously improve design outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design within enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced interaction design, systems thinking, and complex workflow design for sophisticated products
- Deep experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive products, including familiarity with emerging LLM interaction patterns
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience with modern prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)
- Experience with UX research and usability testing tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale across cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with rapid iteration cycles and evolving priorities
- Bonus: Experience in service design, information architecture, systems modeling, or background in IT, DevOps, or other complex enterprise domains
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary of $150-190k/yr plus performance incentives, and equity potential depending on experience.
