Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Global Brand Director for an innovative, fast-growing, design-forward technology client. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Global Brand Director will define and elevate a category-defining brand within a high-growth, design-led organization. This leader will own brand strategy, narrative, and execution across global markets, ensuring a cohesive and compelling presence at every touchpoint. This is a highly visible role for a strategic yet hands-on builder who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and lead global brand strategy, positioning, and narrative across all markets

Build, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary teams across Brand, Creative, PR, Social, and Content

Drive the development and execution of high-impact global campaigns across the U.S., Europe, and Asia

Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to align brand with business goals

Establish scalable brand systems, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and excellence

Elevate creative standards and ensure best-in-class brand expression across all channels and touchpoints
QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven success leading brand strategy within fast-growing, high-visibility companies or category-defining brands

Background in AI, technology, or premium/luxury brand environments with a strong focus on design, innovation, and storytelling

Expertise in building brand positioning and executing global campaigns that drive growth and market presence

Experience leading and inspiring creative, PR, and brand teams across multiple regions

Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, build-and-scale environments
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a base salary of $200,000–$250,000, plus performance-based bonus and equity. A comprehensive benefits package is included, featuring health, dental, and vision insurance, along with additional perks aligned with a high-growth, startup environment.
