Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Creative Video Editor (Trailers & Social Content) for a dynamic creator-led media company based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a hybrid position with flexible work-from-home capability and occasional in-person collaboration in Los Angeles.
This role focuses on crafting high-impact, narrative-driven trailers and short-form content designed to elevate creator-led media and podcast intellectual property. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with the ability to transform long-form content into engaging, platform-native edits optimized for audience growth and retention. This position sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, digital performance, and AI-enhanced editing workflows. You will collaborate closely with creative, production, and growth teams to shape content that performs across YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms.
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$110,000 base, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and additional company perks (details provided during the interview process).
