In this exciting role the Technical Recruiter interfaces directly with clients, and has a real say in the ability to influence tools, processes and strategy, and truly part of helping to further expand and amazing company. We have tons of room for professional growth, clients and jobs that need to be filled ongoing, an amazing web marketing in place, a top ATS, job board subscriptions, corporate site job posting, a social networking presence, and more to support your recruiting efforts.
Internal and client-facing ethics are a must as is passion for your work. We like people who are driven, professional and fun to work with.
In this role, you'll:
Jump into immediate needs placing awesome talent.
Manage multiple job openings effectively and efficiently.
Apply existing applicant tracking system experience (Bullhorn experience a plus but not required) and build a steady recruiting pipeline.
Interface confidently and professionally with clients.
Instill confidence "speaking tech" to potential and existing clients.
Write up personalized and effective job descriptions, sanitized for agency posting without client exposure.
Effectively search via job boards and search agents.
HUNT off the job boards via networking events, LinkedIn, social media, career fairs, university recruiting, etc.
Collaborate well with teammates, and add to overall growth and expertise of the team.
Keep up with new technologies and have no fear of new acronyms.
Pick up the phone frequently and CALL clients, candidates, and co-workers.
Evaluate skill level, manage offer process, conduct reference checks, and make salary recommendations.
Have a proven track record of successful permanent placements.

Salary & Benefits:
Competitive starting base salary plus exceptional commissions and bonus structure offering exceptional earning potential plus a full package of benefits. $100k+ on target earnings as 50% base + 50% Commission.
No "draws" or artificial monthly timers on placements; you'll be fairly paid on your commissions at all times. (We have an awesome commission structure with attainable goals)!
