Position Summary:

Reporting to global executive leadership, this opportunity is a forward-thinking senior leadership role which champions operations and sales growth to ensure the success of a vibrant, technology driven global entity with startup spirit! This position operates from our client's SeaTac office.

In addition to revenue forecasting and operational oversight, this role is responsible for overseeing product integration to mine sights in the U.S., Canadian, and Chile markets.


Role Focus:

  • Manage P&L for Americas business; prepare annual budgets, report on variances and ensure maximized revenue through strategic sales and effective operations.
  • Oversee a growth-oriented team of 8 to maximize revenue from identified regions.
  • Align operations and sales to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Provide leadership to all operations functions with additional input in support, software development, analytics, and product management.
  • Oversee indirect partnerships with international dealers to maximize opportunities for business transactions.
  • Stay abreast of operations trends to ensure compliance in both domestic and international settings.
  • Lead SOH, subcontractors/vendors, assembly, QA, and deployment to meet/exceed industry and ISO standards.
  • ngage with global leadership as a thought partner.
  • This role requires travel (both internationally and domestically) of 20-40%; travel commitments can range from several days to several weeks/will vary throughout the year.


Your Background:

  • 5-10+ years of leadership experience; mining, gas and energy, robotics/technology history preferred.
  • BS degree with an emphasis on engineering, software, business, commerce, or electronics.
  • Proven entrepreneurial spirit, passion for growth, and hunger for success.
  • Exceptional business acumen, determined mindset, unparalleled work ethic, and a strategic plan-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with supply chain, mechanical engineering resources.
  • P&L oversight for budgets with annual revenue in the $5-$15M+ range.
  • Proven ability to enhance market presence and streamline operations.
  • Experience leading and enhancing an energetic, inspired, and progressive culture.
  • Aptitude for spearheading and motivating a geographically dispersed team and client base.
  • Proven history overseeing multiple projects successfully in fast-paced environments.
