What You Will Need:

• An entrepreneurial drive and dedication to creating clean design for e-commerce based web and mobile applications
• Professional and clear communication style as this role will be client facing at times
• A go-getter attitude and the willingness to work on projects of varying scope and size
• 4-6+ years of experience as a UX and or UI Designer
• Impressive design portfolio showing experience in creating e-commerce designs with simple, clearly defined goals and strong purpose
• Strong experience with Sketch or other similar tools
• HTML and CSS are a plus but not a requirement!

This Position Has the Pleasure Of:

• Working with an incredible team to develop prototypes and wireframes meeting goals and expectations
• Working directly with clients in presenting new ideas backed up by research 
• Working closely with web analysts and user psychology to create projects that are creative, thoughtful, and effective in generating revenue
• Making new changes to adaptive web applications and creating new features to increase customer conversion rates
• Using google analytics to assist the analytics team in researching bottlenecks, drop off points, etc.
