Scion Technical Search has been engaged to conduct the search for a highly talented, creative and friendly SEO Manager to direct the generation of effective SEO strategies and to manage a team of SEO Strategists on behalf of our growing, successful client company generating $20M + in revenue yearly. This position is direct-hire, full-time and onsite in our client’s headquarters in Spokane, WA.

This position offers a base salary between $135K-$150K +, great benefits in addition to taking care of all relocation costs if needed.

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing and implementing the development of effective search engine optimization strategies.
• Reviewing and analyzing our client’s website to determine the areas that can be improved.
• Writing creative SEO content for our client’s blog and website to drive prevention of user drop off rates.
• Managing and building out an effective team of SEO Strategists.
• Working closely with Google Analytics tools and training new staff.

What you will need:

• 5-10+ years of experience in an SEO related position with at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a team.
• Managing SEO for companies with great revenue generation (20M+)
• Great communication skills and a friendly personality.
• The ability to work onsite in our client’s Post Falls Headquarters in ID.

Compensation:

This position offers competitive compensation, $135-$150K+  annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability Insurance, 80+ hours PTO to start and more. Additionally, our client offers to pay for relocation costs if needed.
