Scion Technical Search has been engaged to conduct a search for an IT Support Specialist on behalf of our amazing, family-owned and growing company in Seattle, WA! The IT Support Specialist is for immediate, full time hire and offers competitive compensation along with wonderful benefits!

This position is ideal for someone that is reliable, creative and resourceful but doesn’t want to be on call 24/7 (you can sleep soundly knowing you won’t receive those 3 am texts that the network is down!). This is an internal, IT Support role and will be a part of team that works Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm with incredible flexibility and opportunity to work remotely as well.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Working on a team of 5, you will assist in managing, maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s technical infrastructure, servers, and systems.
• Responding to ticketing requests via TrackIt for the main office (about 25 users total).
• Preparing and tracking software licensing for the company.
• Working with Jamf Pro for iOS updates occasionally.

What You Will Need:

• A positive work ethic and the ability to work both independently and on a team
• 2-3+ years of professional IT Support Experience
