Scion Technical Search has been engaged to conduct a search on behalf of a highly talented Art Director in the Los Angeles/ Burbank CA area! The Art Director will report to the Chief Brand Officer on behalf of our client, a highly creative, fun and successful global company.

The Art Director will have the pleasure of executing the brand through consumer-packaged good design, marketing collateral, copy editing and digital marketing strategies. This position is based onsite, available for direct, immediate hire and offers a base salary between $140K-$150K+ (can be flexible based on experience) along with a comprehensive benefits package!

What you will be doing:

• Executing vision for the creation of product packaging, brand marketing and overall marketing communications.
• Leading teams of designers and brand marketing to improve product packaging (including copyright), social media channels, public relations and digital platform.
• Ensuring brand uniformity across marketing and collateral.
• Cross-functionally working with Global Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Development, Ecommerce and Marketing/Media teams to ensure brand uniformity and innovation.

What you will need:

• Experience in a creative role at a consumer-packaged goods company.
• Unique digital portfolio exemplifying a clean, sleek, modern aesthetic.
• At least 5 years of experience working with high visibility brands to cultivate creative strategy, content and creative deliverables.
• Experience in all aspects of marketing/communication including copy, business strategy, UX design, effective marketing strategy etc.
• Experience leading or mentoring creative teams.

Compensation:
