Scion Technical Search is seeking a fully remote Web Developer for our amazing, innovative client in Portland, OR. This small business is seeking a revamp of their existing Shopify website, as well as to add an additional website to enhance their business operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is seeking remote work either in their spare time, or as a short-term full-time gig. The manager is very open to letting you lead the technical direction of the project!

What you will be doing:

• Updating about 50 thousand SKU numbers on existing company website
• Building a new eCommerce website to help connect a thriving small business with European suppliers

What you will need:

• Experience working with eCommerce websites such as Shopify, Wix, Squarespace etc.
• Strong attention to detail and website design fundamentals
• Strong understanding of Excel 
• Preferred experience working on SEO projects

Salary, benefits, and perks:

• This W-2 contract position is offering a competitive hourly rate of $32-36 per hour depending on experience. Contractor benefits are available, and will depend on candidate's location.
