What you will be doing:

• Owning the vision, direction, and priorities to scale and radically transform our client's sales force activities
• Partnering closely with cross-functional executives to align business and product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Gathering customer insights and feedback to inform product area roadmap, ensuring effective product launches and differentiated features.
• Driving alignment across sales, product management, engineering and product marketing functions to deliver solutions for the customer. Provide our direct and online sales functions with the tools and insights required for success.

What you will need:

• B2B Sales Force Automation
• Salesforce Automation expertise
• Experience defining and implementing a cohesive end-to-end product strategy across the enterprise
• Experience delivering scalable enterprise systems with agile/scrum development methodologies
• Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, retaining and scaling a team of high performing Product Managers
• 8-10+ years product management
