The Scion Technical Division is seeking a Growth Product Manager for our modern, innovative client in San Francisco, CA. This StartUp is expanding rapidly and is poised for great growth!

This position will report directly to the CMO and sit in between the Marketing and Product Management teams, working hand-in-hand with both. This role will be focused on owning MarTech implementations with an eye for delivering projects in scope and in budget.

What you will be doing:

• Own the performance and growth of our marketing channels with a goal to drive traffic, member acquisition and retention, and revenue
• Working closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams you will drive and manage marketing technology initiatives, including the selection, implementation, maintenance, and adoption
• Partner with our marketing, SEO and analytics teams to deeply understand, analyze, and synthesize customer and company needs into growth priorities, roadmaps, and detailed specifications
• Own and oversee growth stack: deliver on scope, timeline, budget, data quality, change management, and transition of the program into ongoing support operations
• Serve as a subject matter expert in growth best practices and approach to the execution of acquisition campaigns across all audiences and channels

What you will need:

• Deep knowledge of marketing technologies and best practices around these tools and technologies - experience with Facebook marketing highly preferred
• Experience in data and a analytics to refine the testing strategy
• Strong bias for action in a fast-paced, high volume role
