Scion Staffing's Technical Division is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for our amazing client in San Francisco, CA. We're very excited about this partnership as this team is taking on a wonderful mission: to make education enjoyable and personalized to improve the way K-6 students learn!

Culture-wise, this team is far more interested in bringing in talented, collaborative engineers as opposed to an engineer with a particular tech stack. They're seeking a long-term collaborator that's looking to grow with the team.

Founded in 2010, this company is a passion project for its founders. They are actively seeking to grow their engineering team to be able to tackle new, exciting challenges!

What you will be doing:

• Excellent variety of tasks on day-to-day basis across Front and Backend, Infrastructure and/or Data Pipelines - no need to be an expert in all this, but strong desire to solve problems required!
• Game-ifying the learning process to make learning more fun!
• Contribute to technical direction of the product 
• Contribute high-quality code in a highly collaborative environment
• Mentoring more junior engineers

What you will need:

• 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience
• This team is seeking talented engineers meaning that they are largely language agnostic, but here's a little more about their stack:
  • Frontend: ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Backend: PHP (legacy) and Go (modern)
  • Cloud: AWS
• Ability to work onsite part-time Post-Covid required
