Scion Technical Search has been retained to conduct a search for a highly motivated and skilled Remote UX Content Writers on behalf of our client, a global software development company!

This position is full-time, contract to hire, can be done completely remotely and offers a starting base hourly pay of $35-$38! This role is slated to be full time remote through February 2022!!

What You Will Need:

• 5 years of experience as a technical writer or relevant position
• At least 2- 4 years of experience creating UX content
• Experience with Flare is a bonus!

Position responsibilities:

• Creating product experiences through cultivating meaningful text that helps users complete tasks.
• Reporting directly to the Product Documentation Manager, you will have an integral role in shaping the vision and goals for UI content and overall consistency.
• Driving documentation planning with product and engineering teams and other partners, defining writing projects, and determining priorities.
• Producing, testing, and continuously improving documentation that is clear, complete, concise and effective. 
• Working hands-on with services and features to test functionality, providing usability feedback, and improving designs.
• Reviewing content written by other stakeholders, providing feedback on quality and usability, as well as editing for grammar, style, and form.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35-$38 hourly!
