Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Solutions Architect for our client, a mid-sized leader in the Marketing Automation space in New York City!

 

You’ll have the flexibility of a small team environment, coupled with the stability of working with enterprise level clients such as Marriott, Nestle, Mazda, T-Mobile and more. Their offices are just north of Greenwich Village on 14th street.

What you will be doing:

  • Focus on training, on-boarding, and monitoring of clients
  • Lead discussions on platform integrations, gathering requirements and coordinating with product and engineering teams
  • Assist in determining campaign strategy and setup based on client requirements and desired KPIs
  • Ensure campaigns are completed correctly from a technical perspective
  • Suggest platform improvements, best tech practices and identify partners with whom to collaborate and integrate

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise software environment
  • Strong technical understanding and abilities
  • Strong ability to interact with clients
