Scion Staffing's Technical Division is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer on behalf of our Fortune 500 partner in Lake Forest, CA. We're excited about this close partnership with a team that builds brands that are a household name!

Although you'll have the stability of working with an established market leader, the engineering environment will be on the smaller side. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution!

What you will be doing:

• Support the growth of new product categories across a broad portfolio of established consumer hardware brands 
• Plan and coordinate engineering activities ensuring project timelines are accurate and on track
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and management to provide expertise on technical issues where needed
• Mentor junior engineers to help them sharpen their skills

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years professional experience 
• Strong knowledge of 3D Engineering Software
• Ability to work onsite in Lake Forest, CA required 
• Proven record of taking projects from concept to product launch
