Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced IT Director on behalf of our client, a global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices. 

This role will anticipate and recommend opportunities where IT can advance the capabilities of, and be utilized to provide a competitive advantage for, the business. Will develop and execute a strategic IT plan for the business unit within the context of the overall business strategy.

This opportunity is for immediate, direct hire based in Pennsylvania.

• Base salary range starting at $170-200k

What you will be doing: 

• Managing all elements of the information technology and business systems. Must operate with credibility as an effective developer and implementer of IT and business systems solutions to anticipate and address business challenges.
• Coaching, leading and counseling members of the business unit IT team to achieve business objectives and to support individual employee development.
• Developing and executing the IT strategy including identifying the appropriate use of IT to improve the capabilities and performance of the BU.
• Providing business analytics in support of the business growth strategies.

What you will need: 

• 10 or more years of proven IT leadership. 
• Must have manufacturing experience - metals manufacturing a bonus.
• ERP implementation and support - Dynamics NAV and CRM experience is a plus.
• VoIP phone systems experience.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity - CMMC experience is a plus.
