Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Lead Applications Analyst for our client, a highly impactful non-profit in the leadership development space in Austin, TX!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is excited about improving equity and academic outcomes for students across the state of Texas. In this role, you’ll be supporting the mission of empowering K-12 students by training academic leaders in leadership!

What you will be doing:

  • Taking ownership of core business applications to improve processes and expand feature sets
  • Developing productive relationships with stakeholders and leaders to influence application adoption
  • Managing relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure applications are being built out effectively
  • Implementing application governance procedures to establish metrics for each application

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Proven success in system ownership with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience owning system implementations and new feature rollouts
  • Preferred: Strong knowledge of Salesforce
