What you will be doing: 

• Driving project activities to modernize the IT infrastructure including cloud hosting, directory service, SSO, user management, backup and disaster recovery, and file management.
• Assisting other technical team members in day-to-day troubleshooting and advanced support.
• Providing primary support and technical expertise for IT Infrastructure tools and components.
• Implementing and maintaining infrastructure uptime and monitoring solutions to ensure systems availability.
• Maintaining and demonstrating a broad understanding of all IT Infrastructure disciplines including uptime management, user provisioning, security and privacy, file and storage management, routing and switching, and wide-area network protection.

What you will need: 

• 3-5 years of experience with infrastructure engineering/systems administration
•  Experience with at least 2 of the following:  Office365, Microsoft Azure, Cisco Meraki, VMWare, Hyper-V, Cisco Catalyst, Microsoft Active Directory, File Services, DNS management, and other common infrastructure platforms.
• Highly skilled in a multitude of infrastructure platforms 
• Strong communication skills
