Scion Technical Search has been engaged to find a detail-orientated Infrastructure Engineer who is excited to work for a company that is developing next-generation technologies and has a huge mission!

The Infrastructure Engineer will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of individuals and be a part of seeing through a project from conception to finished product! As part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for building and supporting infrastructures that meet businesses needs and help with various fintech services.

This position is for immediate, direct/permanent hire, and offers hybrid flexibility out of The Bay Area, Chicago, or NYC.

What you will be doing:

• Installing and maintaining operating environments.
• Updating any software and hardware when necessary.
• Working with third parties to help aid in the integration of their services.
• Designing and implementing the entire stack (data pipeline, storage, blockchain-based ledger, external integrations).
• Supporting both the existing and any new infrastructures.

What you will need:

• 3+ years of work-related experience
• Highly experienced with Python, C++ and Web Services   
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experienced with implementing or integrating financial products and services
