Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Embedded Technology Engineer for our client, a wonderful global sensor/radar technology organization in the Bay area! This is an incredible opportunity to work with an international company with cutting edge technology, working in tandem with the Sales team to convey their product’s technical capabilities to knowledgeable, high-tech B2B customers in North America. This is a full time, direct hire role; remote in the San Jose area with travel as needed!

- Compensation range is $130-160k, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Along with the sales team, work with customers, understanding their technical requirements, design needs, and explaining what products are best for them
- Develop professional relationships with current clients and potential customers, such as R&D managers, product managers, innovation managers and relay their needs to sales and management
- Attend trade shows such as CES to support sales and marketing efforts to grow and enhance North American customer base
- Manage and support technical aspects of North American business for customers
What you will need:
- Experience with software or hardware development or application support related to embedded technology
- Demonstrated experience with embedded technology (wireless communication, microcontrollers, digital signal processors)
- Expertise in radar and/or sensor technology; UWB experience is a plus
- Motivated, analytical, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical parties about radar/sensor concepts and use cases
