Businesses and consumers will have more of an understanding of what AI can do.” AI will be integrated into most channels of business as we continue to make our workdays more efficient and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of today’s world.
Virtual Healthcare. As 2020 showed us that we can do most everything virtually- including our healthcare, we will continue to see technology effect the future of healthcare. Virtual appointments will be the new normal for routine checkups and new apps are rapidly popping up for appointments with other telehealth care providers such as therapists.

With the arrival of Covid-19, this technology has been adopted into normal business practices as businesses turned to the remote work model, with communication and collaboration utilizing AR and VR.
