Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a highly analytical and strategic E-commerce Category Growth Manager on behalf of our client a leader in the Amazon FBA ecosystem based out of Doral, FL! 

The E-commerce Category Growth Manager will play a key role in shaping product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying ahead of market trends to maximize consumer appeal.

This is a full-time direct hire role based out of Doral, FL.

What you will be doing:

• Analyzing data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
• Developing and executing long-term strategies for product categories to maximize sales and profitability.
• Managing pricing, promotions, and product range, ensuring alignment with consumer preferences.
• Collaborating with the sourcing team to improve pricing and quality of services.
• Partnering with marketing and sales teams to drive category growth through targeted strategies.
• Monitoring and analyzing category performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Overseeing the launch of new products within your category.
• Forecasting revenue and demand to meet sales targets.
• Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and consumer reactions.
• Focusing on Amazon marketplace strategies to enhance visibility and drive sales.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in category management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sourcing, marketing, and sales teams.
• Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Experience with Amazon marketplace management is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior and psychology.
