Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Director of Operations on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing E-Commerce company delivering exceptional products and customer experience located in Doral, FL. This Direct-Hire, Full-Time position is offered on a hybrid remote basis, with flexible working hours.
SUMMARY: The Head of Operations will lead the operational strategy and execution for one of the company’s three private label brands. This role oversees daily operations, drives efficiency, and ensures scalable growth while maintaining quality and profitability. Close collaboration with the CEO, leadership, and external partners is essential to align with strategic goals. Initially focused on youth products, this role will also influence long-term strategies, efficiencies, and growth across the broader network.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute operational strategies to scale the companies private label brands.
Oversee the entire product cycle, including product development, sourcing, inventory management, logistics and marketing.
Collaborate with the CEO on workforce planning to review and prioritize key roles for talent acquisition, ensuring the company's success.
Lead team members to ensure that performance meets the company's standards.
Implement a role-based KPI structure for all employees and track effectiveness through a robust tracking system.
Collaborate with category and product managers to optimize processes, streamline efficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction, and brand consistency.
Review and implement changes to improve sales forecasting, supply chain and ensure healthy inventory.
Continuously review and enhance operational systems, processes, and policies to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with policies and other legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement a vision to foster and strengthen an international culture throughout the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
10+ years of proven experience in a senior operations management role, ideally as head of operation or similar, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing environment.
A deep understanding of e-commerce or retail operational and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
International experience is a plus!
Ability to work autonomously in a remote working environment is required, with flexible working hours to support global collaboration as needed.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a competitive salary of $100,000-$120,000 annually depending on experience in addition to the companies benefits package.
