Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Brand Manager for our partner, a e-commerce company in Doral, Florida. This wonderful full-time, fully remote opportunity is available for immediate hire!
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience in brand management and a strong desire to play a critical role in shaping market success. This role will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing long-term strategies, and managing relationships with product developers, sourcing, and marketing teams to maximize sales and profitability.

What You Will Be Doing

Analyze data and insights to identify industry and consumer trends.

Develop and implement long-term strategies for product categories.

Optimize pricing, promotions, and product ranges to enhance consumer appeal.

Partner with the sourcing team to improve pricing and service quality.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive category growth.

Monitor and assess category performance, making adjustments as needed.

Oversee the launch of new products within the category.

Forecast revenue and product demand to achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and consumer feedback.

Focus on strategies for the Amazon marketplace to boost visibility and sales.

Leverage insights into consumer behavior and psychology to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
What You Have to Offer

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in category management or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.

Commercial acumen and comprehensive understanding of marketing and sales principles.

Experience managing the Amazon marketplace is highly desirable.

Knowledge of consumer behavior and psychology.
Compensation & Additional Details
This direct hire opportunity offers a salary of $80k - $85k per year, in addition to a stipend for health benefits.
