What You Will Be Doing:
  • Administers accounts for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office Suite, overseeing SharePoint and printing program accounts. Conducts cost and utilization analyses for IT and systems programs and contracts, providing updates and deliverables to the Executive Team.
  • Purchases, sets up, and maintains technical equipment such as phones, computers, and printers. Maintains and updates an inventory database for all tech equipment, including serial numbers. Troubleshoots and resolves issues with hardware, software, and peripherals, collaborating with vendors for equipment maintenance and procurement. Creates training resources and conducts onboarding for new employees, covering systems like VOIP and phone systems, Microsoft Authenticator, email and password systems, digital property access, and laptop setup with necessary software and configurations.
  • Implements and maintains data protection and security measures. Develops IT policies and procedures for file management, storage, and backup processes, device and login/password security, and phishing and cybersecurity threat protection. Collaborates with external vendors to optimize IT systems and ensure compliance. Builds future-ready IT infrastructure to support department growth, including detailed documentation and step-by-step guides.
  • Provides regular status reports and updates to the Executive Team. Documents vendor contracts, pricing, and contact details, and proactively addresses environmental challenges to safeguard IT assets.
  • Performs clerical tasks such as filing correspondence and preparing reports. Cross-trains in related duties to support the department and broader organization effectively.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, systems management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Netsuite, Celigo, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Understanding of best practices for handling sensitive data and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to team and organizational goals.
