Isaac is an established human resources and search expert. Founder of Scion Staffing he enjoys running socially conscious businesses that help local communities. Isaac graduated in Law from Golden Gate University and studied Economics at the University of Oregon. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, painting, playing guitar, and basketball.

Braden is a consultative nonprofit strategist and corporate executive search expert. Braden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Oregon. He is a coffee aficionado who supports local art and his community, and enjoys travel and photography. He is a fundraiser for good causes, a mentor, a foodie, and a music festival and film nut.

Karina is a seasoned staffing professional experienced with all aspects of recruiting and talent management. She has a great passion for finding unique talent, building strong relationships and developing successful teams. Having serviced businesses throughout the Bay Area for over 15 years, she understands how to help companies identify and find the right talent for their needs. When it is time to unwind, Karina loves a good Jazz playlist along side a great glass of wine.

Elizabeth is a talented recruiter who spent ten years thriving in sales prior to working her way up to managerial roles. After graduating from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree, she transitioned her career to recruiting. She has been in recruitment for the past six years. She is a Portland, Oregon native, who knows the local market!

Susie joins the Scion Team with a wealth of experience in higher education recruitment. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at Willamette University and later her Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University - Global Campus. A collegiate softball coach in her free time, dog mom, native Spanish speaker, music lover and an aspiring golfer, Susie is most fulfilled by her ability to connect with others and empower those around her.

Sarah is a matchmaker for our clients and candidates. She is passionate about connecting professionals to positions that fulfill them and allow them to share their talents and gifts. Making a positive difference in the quality of people’s lives is one of Sarah’s greatest joys. After completing her Master's Degree in International Service, Sarah made her way to California where she enjoys living on the “sunny side of the Bay” in Oakland.

Joshua is a motivated finance and operational professional who has spent over five years working in management and program services in Portland prior to joining Scion. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Portland State University, he began working in accounting supervisory roles. He loves the Timbers, exploring the Columbia River Gorge, and great wine.

Elissa is a Senior Executive Recruiter who is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally. Leveraging her own career experience to deliver results, Elissa’s vision and ability to nurture relationships leads to long-term solutions and success. Elissa enjoys yoga and hiking and lives with her family in Washington State.

Ana is an experienced Recruiter with over ten years of experience in search and placement. Since 2009, Ana has led full-cycle recruitment for Startups, Corporations, Foundations, Nonprofits, and Universities. Ana is a certified Teacher and Translator bilingual in English, Romanian and enjoys some proficiency in French, Italian, and Latin! Ana is an active volunteer for various nonprofits and holds a B.A. in English Language from the Universitatea din Oradea.

Emily is an energetic technical recruiter who is passionate about people and processes. Emily earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Gonzaga University. Through her experience, she has cultivated a great passion for recruiting nonprofit talent and has had the pleasure of utilizing her research, administrative, and project management skills to help identify and secure top tier talent.
