Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Sales Executive on behalf of our esteemed client, an ecommerce marketing company. This is a full-time, hybrid position in Phoenix, AZ!

The Senior Sales Executive will be pivotal in driving business growth by securing new clients and managing relationships in the marketing and advertising space. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, leading the sales process, and creating customized marketing strategies that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on sales leader with 6-10 years of experience in marketing and advertising, a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, and a strong understanding of the sales cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively identify and engage high-quality prospects, nurturing relationships to drive new business and revenue expansion.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of services to craft customized proposals in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee pipeline management in Salesforce, ensuring efficient tracking and progression of opportunities.
  • Lead the development of RFPs, business scopes, and high-impact presentations to engage key decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and online communities to strengthen market presence and influence.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related sales roles, consistently securing key accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships, qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to simplify complex marketing strategies and deliver compelling pitches to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and effective both independently and within a team environment.
  • Experienced with Salesforce, NetSuite, and ClickUp, leveraging these tools for sales tracking, client management, and workflow optimization.
  • Skilled in identifying challenges, developing innovative solutions, and optimizing sales processes for efficiency and success.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
