Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager for our client, a leader in the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry in Sunnyvale, CA!

• $160-200k per year starting salary

What you will be doing:

• Managing overall development project schedule
• Designing and developing parts, components and modules of systems for semiconductor process equipment
• Determining design approaches and parameters, conducting experimental tests, and evaluating results
• Developing hardware modules, selecting components and required materials based on analysis of specification and reliability per customer requirement for Prototype build and develop BOM & build SOE together with engineer team/s. Designs will include; high purity process gas delivery systems, instrumentation, temperature PID control, pressure vessels, automation, etc.
• Work closely with manufacturing department for establishing effective manufacturing process and resolve technical issues

What you will need:

• 5+ years of related industry experience
• Prior experience as a people manager
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to work fully onsite in Sunnyvale, CA
• Able to work in the US without visa sponsorship
