Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced IT Manager for our client, a wonderful multi-brand Manufacturing organization in Philadelphia, PA! In this role, you’ll oversee a small team of 2 to ensure daily IT operations are running smoothly and efficiently! This is a full time, direct hire, onsite role.

- Compensation range is $150-180k, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems; such as Sage 100
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement solutions
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to make informed recommendations
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Provide technical support to end-users and address IT-related issues in a timely manner
What you will need:
- Demonstrated IT leadership experience, in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Expertise supporting a broad IT system including hardware and software
- Experience with Sage 100 is preferred; Sage MAS is ok
- Must be onsite M-F
