Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Senior Data Analytics Engineer for our client, a wonderful women’s health focused nonprofit organization in Concord, CA! In this role, you’ll utilize your expertise to ensure that data is clean, usable, and available as needed for dashboards, reports and initiatives. This is a full time, direct hire, onsite role.

- Compensation range is $120-130k, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Manage overall data platform including storage, data lakes, data warehouse, datamarts for Tableau
- Managed ETL and stored procedures for automated reporting
- Create data models for performance management
- Creates dashboards, reports, and other data consumption
What you will need:
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Epic
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry to work with business regarding needed data initiatives
- 5+ years experience with SQL, relational databases and data management principles
- Experience with data modeling for performance (multi-functional decision making, strategic and operational planning)
- Strong oversight of data and analytic transformation (current state review, data strategy development, creation of business cases, roadmaps and blueprints)
- Experience with SQL and Clarity databases
- Experience with Epic Cogito is a plus
