Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Cybersecurity Cloud Engineer for our client, a cloud security consultant in Bethlehem, PA!

What you will be doing:

• Investigate Security Incidents:
  • Conduct in-depth investigations of security incidents across M365, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Active Directory, and Intune.
  • Analyze logs and alerts from various security tools to identify potential threats.
  • Perform root cause analysis to determine the origin and scope of incidents.
• Incident Response:
  • Develop and execute incident response plans for cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to respond to and remediate security incidents.
  • Document and report on incident response activities and outcomes.
•  Monitoring and Analysis:
  • ???????Monitor security dashboards and alerts from M365 Security Center, Palo Alto Networks Panorama, Zscaler Central, and Intune.
  • Utilize SIEM tools to aggregate and analyze security events and logs.
  • Conduct regular audits of Active Directory for security compliance.
• Threat Hunting:
  • ???????Proactively search for threats and vulnerabilities within the cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Work with Threat hunters and evaluate exposure of Core to reported vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement threat hunting strategies using available tools and intelligence.
• ???????Security Best Practices:
  • Ensure cloud and on-premise security configurations adhere to best practices and organizational policies.
  • Work with company leadership on regular health checks and implement recommendations into practice.

What you will need:

• 7+ years of professional experience with cloud security projects, ideally from the consulting world
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure Cloud environments
• Familiarity with Intune, Palo Alto Networks and Zscaler
