Isaac graduated in Law from Golden Gate University and studied Economics at the University of Oregon. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, painting, playing guitar, and basketball.

Joshua is a motivated finance and operational professional who has spent over five years working in management and program services in Portland prior to joining Scion. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Portland State University, he began working in accounting supervisory roles. He loves the Timbers, exploring the Columbia River Gorge, and great wine.

Len is a Sales Leader and Managing Director deeply committed to fostering the growth and development of his team as his foremost priority. His dedication extends to the holistic advancement of the company, encompassing both personnel and financial growth. Len approaches his role with a servant-leadership mindset, emphasizing trust, communication, transparency, and strong work ethic in building the brand. Beyond work, he treasures family time above all and finds relaxation in fishing during his free time.

Susie is a dynamic recruitment leader, lending her agility to Scion. With a background in higher education recruitment, she is skilled at creating tailored recruitment strategies to identify strong match candidates that advance organizational impact. Susie earned her Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Willamette University. A collegiate softball coach in her free time, native Spanish speaker, music lover, and an aspiring golfer, Susie is most fulfilled by her ability to connect with others and empower those around her.

Elissa is a managing director who is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally. Leveraging her own career experience to deliver results, Elissa’s vision and ability to nurture relationships leads to long-term solutions and success. Elissa enjoys yoga and hiking and lives with her family in Texas.

Candice is an accomplished Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition with experience in financial services and workforce solutions. She is skilled in HR operations, talent acquisition, recruiting, and office management, driving company culture and aligning people strategies with organizational goals. Passionate about Scion Staffing’s internal team success, she is a dedicated leader committed to the continued growth and development of the company. Candice is also passionate about family and traveling, having explored more than 20 countries across Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, and South America.
